Sudbury School of Dance we offer Pre- Dance 3-5 yrs of age Russian Style Ballet Vaganova Method Modern Jazz and Adult Classes.
Modern Dance is the technique based on the natural movement of the body and is designed to increase body control and coordination. Routines are set to modern and contemporary music. Students begin class with a centre floor warm-up, followed by across floor combinations such as leaps and turns. Class is ended with a fun routine taught using familiar chart music.
All patients must go through an initial assessment if it is their first visit at the Optimum Health Center. The first appointment is an in depth musculoskeletal assessment to assess your injury/pain or condition. We offer massage, athletic and aroma therapy. Book online or give us a call!
