Working with the territory and its artisans is the source of inspiration for our team. The picking of seaweed and herbs, making a smoked malt, using berry fruits from the Islands, are some examples of how we put our regional wealth in each of our beer recipes. The use of local resources is a guarantee of authenticity and freshness that contributes to the creation of more than 30 jobs and the development of unique and distinguished beers.
We refuse to filter the goodness out our beer, so each of our batches takes 18 to 30 days to brew, ferment and condition while the cloudiness gently disappears. This is slower than other breweries and it results in a slow produced beer that is wonderfully full of flavour from our fermentation stage.
