I was able to speak to a Service Technician right away and they knew what questions to ask to diagnose my units problems. I did have to send it in, but the turn around time was only a couple of days. They had even offered a loaner unit until the work on mine could be completed. Very quick, professional, and polite service. I have recommended them to my collegues.
