Been there 4 times over the past 1 1/2 years, all in the winter. Rotel was a lifesaver. Great facilities for the money/ The staff oprerates on a shoe-string budget, hence the fantastic rates. They are super efficient, no-nonsense, no time for chit-chat, but ALWAYS there when there is a real need. Then, then are efficiently helpful. Rotel deserves nothing but gratitude and admiration for the work they do. A miracle place for my money and my convenience!!
