At CrossFit Anchored Athletics we combine elements of CrossFit and other proven strength and conditioning techniques to create unique programming that is sure to produce superior results.

We teach classes in both Wild Goose Qigong and Chun Yuen Quan. You will need to wear comfortable clothing and indoor runners.
The class is $16.

Valley Health and Fitness in Cobble Hill is a 7300 sq ft. facility with cardiovascular equipment, selectorized and plate loaded strength equipment, functional training equipment, free weights, group fitness classes, indoor cycling classes, as well as yoga, zumba and jazzercise classes. All areas are temperature controlled, and our facilities include an infrared sauna and a tanning studio. Valley Health and Fitness is a family oriented facility with members ranging in age from 13 to 88 years. Fitness levels range from beginner to elite. Membership options range from daily drop-in, weekly, monthly, and yearly.
Curves (Cobble Hill) is a woman’s only gym, to empower women to improve their lives. We offer a 30 minute workout and weight management program that is fast, fun and full of encouragement. We have many new high and low impact classes’ guaranteed to make you sweat. With many young new members joining, our age group varies from 15-80. This has added much excitement and has created new friendships, which provides support for our members young and old.
