I am a certified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience. I am passionate about assisting my clients to flourish towards their optimum fitness potential. As a professional, I have helped a diverse group of clients (customized one on one, small groups, & corporate) by sharing my knowledge & expertise. My expertise addresses a wide spectrum of needs from professional athletes to those with joint or osteo related issues. I constantly keep my repertoire of skills current by attending seminars, conferences, & training sessions. I make myself accessible to my clients by offering my services at these locations: Club 16/ She's Fit Downtown, She's Fit North Vancouver, & other gyms including my clients' personal gyms. I work intimately with other professionals (Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists, Counselors, Nutritionists, & Life Coaches) to address my clients' needs and improve upon their physical & emotional health.

PIlates from the Center is an exceptional studio with instructors who certainly know their stuff. I'm been to a few pilates studios trying to find one that made me feel like I was getting my money's worth and I finally found one. StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab North Shore offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.
