The Manager,at this Club, is exceptional.I had been having problems with my membership as I could not book fitness classes.Liz helped me navigate this every step of the way. She had the patience and the knowledge to know exactly what I had to do as I was extremely frustrated.In addition,Liz always has a smile on her face,is very calm and addresses any of your issues with experience and kindness.It is because of her that I changed my home club from Queensview to Baseline.Liz is simply wonderful!
