Come calling at 'Acacia Grove', an elegant Georgian house in the picturesque Annapolis Valley. Here, horticulturalist Charles Prescott cultivated Nova Scotia's apple industry from 1811 to 1859. Discover how his great grand daughter, Mary Allison Prescott, rescued the derelict building in the 1930s to recreate a gracious home. See family portraits, antique furnishings and Miss Prescott's collections of hand-stitched samplers and tribal Oriental carpets. Delight in the garden and lush countryside surrounding this special place.

Hall's Harbour is a picturesque fishing community located along the shore of the Bay of Fundy, in the Canadian province of Nova Scotia. It lends its name both to the small fishing hamlet and to the wider community which takes up an area roughly 5 kilomete
The museum is housed in the old courthouse which was built in 1903, and served as Kings County's seat of justice for more than seventy-five years. The building was purchased by the Kings Historical Society in 1980, and has been operated as a museum ever since. The original courtroom and furnishings continue to be maintained today as one of the museum's outstanding permanent exhibits.

Randall House Museum is operated by the Wolfville Historical Society, or the WHS. The WHS is a registered Canadian Charitable Organization, incorporated in Nova Scotia by the Societies Act. The Society's mission is to interpret and maintiain the Randall House as a museum for the benefit of the residents of Wolfville, its surrounding communities, and its visitors. Admiral of the Royal Navy Fleet, Honourable Robert Digby, was born on December 20, 1732, the third son of Hon Edward Digby and his wife Charlotte Fox. He was of the noble house of Digby, an Irish peerage dating form 1620, which became a peerage of the United Kingdom in 1765. ...Of the six boys in the family, Edward and Henry became 6th and 7th Lords Digby respectively, (Edward sudden death in 1757 left Henry the title and estates), William, whose last church appointment was Dean of Durham, Stephen who went into the army before pursuing a career at the court of George III and the youngest boy, Charles, who became a Somerset parson. For a short time after his brother Edward's death in 1757 Robert took over his seat as MP for Wells.
Our club is a satellite for Northwood In Touch, apersonal response system to be used in emergencies. We install and maintaintwo different units, one that is used in conjunction with a regulartelephone, and one that replaces the regular telephone. The new 9500 unithas personal reminders that can be programmed into the unit, such asreminding the client when to take medication, or when the home care workeris coming.
