The Museum offers an insight into life at a boarding school in the 19th and 20th century and gives an overview of the regional way of life. Its Chapel has been recognized as an architectural gem.
Set in the historic birthplace of the Honourable William Henry Steeves, the Steeves House Museum is a charming Colonial mansion filled with light from massive windows. The larger house was added circa 1840 when the economy of the Village expanded. The house is now comprised of 6000 sq. ft of period rooms and antique furnishings.?
