The Oil Museum of Canada, a national historic site is located in the village of Oil Springs. It's the site of the 1st commercial oil well in North America. This district also developed the world's 1st gusher andnthe world's 1st oil exchange. There are many features to see at the Oil Museum, both indoors and outdoors.
