Ours was a smaller project, a stone wall about 2ft high and 50 feet long. However Corwin treated it like it was his most important project ever. At all times he kept us in the loop, making sure we knew exactly how it would turn out. The workplace was kept as tidy as was possible and any disruption was minimal.
