First, she was very kind in helping me find beautiful tiles that would fit my tight budget. There were several delays and complications in the shipment of the tiles which was a bit frustrating, and she handled the situation with such care and courtesy that it made all the difference. I have never experienced such amazing customer treatment in the home reno area. The other people at Decora whom I had little bits of interaction with also seemed very friendly. Makes me totally happy to recommend Decora to others.
