Is a certified Pilates Instructor who has been practicing Pilates Method since 1986 and instructing since 1990. He has studied with master Pilates teachers Dianne Miller, Romana Kryzanowska, Marie-Jose Blom-Lawrence, Ron Fletcher, and Joanna Abbott. He has also studied rehabilitation utilizing Pilates equipment with Gretta Von Gavel, PT, and the Anatomy Trains facial system with Structural Integrator Thomas Myers. He is past President and a founding board member of the Pilates Association of Canada.

Our roots can be tracked back to 2021 where we saw a new age of educational delivery during the COVID-19 Pandemic. This was a huge shift in the focus of traditional schooling towards a digital future. While we support this innovation, we realized immediately the lack of hands-on skills included in this new path.
