I've been going to A Natural Alternative for over 15 years. I started treatments with Ann Starr for a shoulder injury and have never gone anywhere else. I developed a groin injury due to trades work and paid a visit to my doctor in excruciating pain. He basically sent me home and said if it doesn't get any better come back and see me. Jennifer being a client of mine, i knew she was a massage therapist. I gave her a call and explained the symptons and she said come right over and i'll fix you up. She can get to the deep tissue and really work out the knots to bring relief, or she can be as gentle and relaxing as you wish if that is your need.
