We first saw Waterworks at the home and garden show many years back. Every time visiting the showroom after, we were greeted by our first names. We were so taken with the great customer service that we chose waterworks to complete our extra large residential pond. Called in for a broken spring on my door. They were very busy but the girl answering the phone said she would look at the GPS and see if any of the trucks were ahead of schedule and would call me right back. 10 minutes later she called to say a tech would be there in the next 90 minutes. Tech showed up 50 minutes later, was very professional and pleasant. Even did an annual service at no additional cost. I recommend Garage Door Depot to everyone.

Really polite and respectful salesman. Easy to talk to, knows what he's doing. Great selection of products. Installation was well done. A few problems with the baseboards and the flooding of the floor, but he was on the ball and we ended up receiving a discount.
