Last minute decision for a party of 4 and found this hidden gem online. They took us in and gave us exceptional service. Trang (owner) and Yen serviced us and were very friendly and did an excellent job on our pedicures and manicure. The place was nice, bright, comfortable and clean. They offered us tea and their massage chairs are very relaxing.Their prices are very reasonable and you don’t feel rushed at all. Highly recommended! Once people find out about Charming it will get very busy!!

Super clean and friendly staffs with comfy spa chairs for mani and pedis...My friend and I paid for having wonderful service and inviting atmosphere was very pleased actually it was my very first visit to do main and pedi. They treated us like princesses for a day, and I walked out of there with the biggest smile on my face. Great staff. Great service. Great mani and pedi. with professional touch. Simply Amazing! Tried Willowbrook Spas & 72nd & 200th. Not very clean and not liked the look after nails done, had to reshape a couple to my liking again after I left. Searched and found this one on line. Go try them out. Lovely ladies, very friendly and I had the Gel fill with cats eye colour. They look fabulous, shape was great and I really loved the look. Place was also spotlessly clean.

Excellent friendly service, great job on the nails! Too bad some older lady came in at 3 pm and started yelling at the staff and at an elderly lady waiting in a chair. She was ranting about one of her long nails chipping after 5 days. Complete bully. She is demanding to see the manger. I am also going to speak to the manger and insist she not be allowed to be a customer here anymore. It was disgusting behavior.
