My partner and were visiting Victoria from Toronto and were recommended this spot by a friend. You really do treat your clients like family in that you offer us a beverage and a treat, give us the most comfortable spot in the place and chat with us. The massage chairs are next level great! I worked through a few knots in my back. As I write this, I can safely say the pedicures are still looking great three weeks later! You must give this place a try!!

My go to spot. They are always accommodating and super friendly. I feel relaxed and always love their work. I used to get gel finger nails by Tom, but I had to stop because of my job, but he always understood what I wanted, shape was a big thing for me and he always nailed it. Pun intended. Haha anyway. I go for pedicures now and everyone there is great. Highly recommend.

I have been a customer here for approx 5 years. The staff takes the time to know the customers and learn about what they like. When i walk into House of Russell, I feel like family. They remember what hair style I like and know how to treat me. All of the hair dressers are experienced but keep very up to date on modern hair styles.
