We have 14 wooded acres, including 1000 feet of water front. Five cottages that ensure privacy and independence - all facing the South River. There are fishing boats to rent to explore the river. Or you can always bring your own and park it at our dock for an extra fee. We are a cottage and trailer park with established seasonal vacationers. We are situated on beautiful Lake Nipissing with over 1500 ft. of shoreline. A safe sandy beach makes swimming and sunbathing one of the best passtimes. The park, situated on eight acres, is well-treed for recreational activities such as horseshoes, shuffleboard, volleyball, basketball and bocce ball. Indoors, an arcade is ideal for rainy or lazy days. Great spots for campfires, sing-a-longs, beach parties or just plain rest and relaxation can be found throughout the park.
