I have been a long time customer of this branch. Staff is always polite, no hard sell. Actually, Bruce pointed out an issue with 1 of my initial choices. I just recently went in during the pandemic, had to wait a bit outside in my car as they are properly adhering to the govt guidelines of protocol. The staff had to deal with rude customers while I was there, and were polite but firm about the restrictions. I would highly recommend this store and their staff.

This is one of the most amazing eye glass shops I have ever been to . The customer service is above and beyond amazing. The greeted me with warmth and kindness as soon as I entered the store. . the eye exam was done with great care and they took their time to ensure the prescription was accurate, I did not feel rushed or pressured. they provided a tray of treats and they had caramel candies, my favorite. I walked out the same day with the glasses I needed.

This branch of Optimart is located on Eglinton at Beachell, just east of Walmart Supercentre. The price of my new glasses was more than reasonable. The mall celebrated it's 40th anniversary in 2012 and the town of Pickering celebrated it's 200th anniversary in 2012. It is one of the largest malls in Ontario with over 200 stores. Located just off HWY 401 at Brock Rd. This location carries the same great frames as Optical Factory with a few additions such as Humphrey's, Brendel, Nadya Toto, Arthur Mendonca, Hilary Radley, Porsche Design, Cazal, Da Vinci, Via Spaga, Rough Justice and a large Police sunglass collection. . This is made possible because of the larger store space. The store is located just off Hwy 401 at Brock Rd. in the Pickering Town Centre. Open Monday through Friday 1000am to 900pm and Saturday 930am to 6pm. Closed Sunday. Come in and see our advanced eyewear from Europe and Japan. Located at the west end of the mall.
