I have been a long time customer of this branch. Staff is always polite, no hard sell. Actually, Bruce pointed out an issue with 1 of my initial choices. I just recently went in during the pandemic, had to wait a bit outside in my car as they are properly adhering to the govt guidelines of protocol. The staff had to deal with rude customers while I was there, and were polite but firm about the restrictions. I would highly recommend this store and their staff.

This is one of the most amazing eye glass shops I have ever been to . The customer service is above and beyond amazing. The greeted me with warmth and kindness as soon as I entered the store. . the eye exam was done with great care and they took their time to ensure the prescription was accurate, I did not feel rushed or pressured. they provided a tray of treats and they had caramel candies, my favorite. I walked out the same day with the glasses I needed.

Extremely satisfied with Theodore & Pringle. I accidentally placed my glasses down next to a lit candle. Not sure how it happened, but they flipped over, right into the flame. Melted the plastic off the arm and they were my favourite pair! While shopping in the Real Canadian Superstore, I mentioned my blunder. They fixed them free by using a pair that had been donated! They have done more for me than any other. Many times they have gone above & beyond. I love their 50% off sales!

This location carries the same great frames as Optical Factory with a few additions such as Humphrey's, Brendel, Nadya Toto, Arthur Mendonca, Hilary Radley, Porsche Design, Cazal, Da Vinci, Via Spaga, Rough Justice and a large Police sunglass collection. . This is made possible because of the larger store space. The store is located just off Hwy 401 at Brock Rd. in the Pickering Town Centre.
