Outstanding service and warranty! Just previous to end of warranty, my frame malfunctioned. The Courtenay store staff rose above and beyond and supplied a brand new frame and lenses at no cost! I didn’t buy glasses at the optical centre at Superstore yet the person at the counter was kind enough to tighten up a screw that was loose on my frame and even tightened up the arms. My glasses are just like new. I will go back there to buy my next pair. AMO
