Kudos to the guys at Cartridge World today! Their selfless service today really blew me away. I walked in ready to buy two cartridge refills. They tested both of the old cartridges, and one of them was still full!. Then they asked me how long the used cartridge had lasted, and convinced me that I didn't need to buy a spare one at all. Although I don't find some people to be of particular help when I do visit, their print and copy service is FANTASTIC. Every time I arrange an order to be printed online, it is usually ready for pickup within the hour. On top of that, I was specifically uploading a file to be turned into a coiled booklet. Not only was it done very quickly, they also went beyond my order and expectations. They added a protective plastic cover for the front and back and gave me an upgrade of coil for free!
