After 20 years of weight training and other sports such as Tae Kwon Do, he moved to Nova Scotia to study for his bachelor's in Kinesiology at Dalhousie University. He has been a registered Kinesiologist since 2007and has trained as a medical exercise specialist. He specializes in rehabilitative exercises and sports conditioning. Paul will work with you to help identify and reach your goals.
