This is an amazing company. I reached out to them upon finding what I thought possibly could be carpenter ants. The lady asked me to email her a picture of what I had found. Upon doing this, she took the time to research and find out exactly what type of bug I had found. Her response time and emails back to me were quick. We had a ton of spiders in on our desk and on the walls of the house - to a point the deck was almost unusable. We called Golden Arrow and Sunny came out within a day. He explained to us what he was going to do and how it would solve the problem and he was in and out within an hour. He also told us that he found some evidence that mice might be transiting through our backyard and he put out some mouse traps. Haven't seen a spider back there since.
