I switched to PJ's after using one of those big American box store pet shops (you know the one). I find the staff at PJ's knowledgeable and helpful, they are always willing to assist and it is genuine; not fake. I have a giant breed dog, and I feed him a high quality grain free fish diet; PJ's has a wide selection of high quality foods. Their prices are pretty much on par with every other pet shop but they do have a frequent buyers card that gets you a free bag of food after you but ten. I recommend this store.

We are always quick to report poor customer service however I would like to report the wonderful customer service I always receive in the Smith Falls location. Daryl, who served me to-day and the young lady working with him (01/25/19 - 11:40 AM) are the most helpful employees I have had the pleasure of dealing with, each and every visit! They should be complimented on their excellent customer service!

Ann is actually a Master Groomer. She is a a respected professional in her field who trains professionals in the lastest products and grooms for any breed of dog. and works with orher professionals.
Ann and her staff, Erica and Chrissy, are always kind and easy on the animals. It's unbelievable how calming a good Groomer like Ann is for an animal who is nervous of being groomed. I always ask her to do my puppies' early grooms to start them right.
