Very friendly and always on time, if Fetena says your pet will be ready at a certain time you can set your watch by it. My Shi Tzu always comes out looking great and happy. The grooming parlor is a bright and very clean.

I dont normally try new groomers, but the previous groomer I used in Drayton Valley was closed for some time and my dog needed attention. He is a golden retreiver with what I consider a 'mop of hair.' I called TC Pets and was able to get an appointment for the same week. I was soooo impressed with the service, quality of grooming and how GREAT my dog smelled that I will never take him anywhere else. I dont think his coat has ever looked so shiny or been so soft! I highly recommend this Groomer. ** special thanks to the owner Melissa for getting us in so quickly!
