I have taken my large, long-haired dog to Victorias Pet Spa for years and have been very happy with the services. When I first got my dog, I took him to a local pet grooming franchise and multiple staff were only able to get 3 of his nails done. They told me that he is too strong and they couldnt complete the groom. Then I took him to Victoria who has had no problem from the get-go. She knows dogs very well an how to calm and handle them. He comes out happy and looking great. I highly recommend!

Shirley is a very nice lady and was very good with the dogs. She groomed our Shih Tzu pups exactly as we asked and did a wonderful job. She took extra care with my Kassidy to clean her ears.
Unfortunately there was dog hair everywhere of all colors definitely not from just one dog. So in fairness it did appear she had a busy day.
