Our services include a security check throughout your home, adjusting lights and drapes, taking in mail and newspapers and watering plants. The frequency of the visits is designed to match the needs of your pets and plants and also to validate your home insurance as most insurers require more frequent visits in winter months to ensure the heat is on to avoid frozen and burst water pipes. When service is reserved, our sitter will meet with you at your home to go over your requirements and to pick up your keys. Enjoy your time away from home knowing that your home, pets and plants are being well cared for. While Away Services provides total care when you're not there.
We believe that your pet's visit with us should be as enjoyable as your vacation. All pets that stay with us are treated as individuals and cared for with respect and kindness. Our facility is equipped with climate controlled indoor-outdoor runs (not crates). This provides your dog with their own private area to sleep, eat and relax; in addition to their own connected outside patio. In order to provide fun and exercise for your pet during their stay we have three large, fully fenced play yards and a large indoor playroom where your dog can play with one of our staff members, one on one, or in a play group with other doggy friends. Our play areas are monitored by security surveillance and the owner lives on property for added security at all times.
