We recently bought a rather ancient piano and were hoping we could have it tuned up to snuff. David was able to tune it beautifully over two sittings, replacing some strings and making adjustments along the way. He was also a pleasure to work with - an absolute professional and incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. My husband was very curious about the process and David was happy to talk us through it and explain everything he was doing from both a technical and musical standpoint. We thought his fee was very reasonable for two sessions. Will definitely work with him again when we need a tune-up!

With over 20 years of teaching experience and a university degree in music, I provide high-quality piano and organ tuition tailored to students of all ages and abilities. My teaching combines strong technical foundations with musical expression, theory, and confidence-building, ensuring students develop both skill and enjoyment in their playing. Lessons are carefully structured yet flexible, accommodating beginners through to advanced students, as well as those preparing for exams, performances, or simply playing for pleasure.
