For the benefit of each of our valued members, and the overall health of our community, we've decided to keep our price tag affordable for all. Our Focus is your Achievement! All Spa Lady fitness consultants are CPR and ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified and are qualified to assess your fitness goals and capabilities, and to design a program specific to your individual needs. Each member is provided with our initial Three Workout orientation, a free fitness assessment, and a customized program with regularly scheduled updates. Members are encouraged to ask questions, to request extra motivation, and to take full advantage of all the programs and services available in our high-energy atmosphere.
