Great staff, the girls in the sports department know what they're doing. Evelyn, I think that was her name?... had great service and always smiling. she didn't know the answer to one on my questions, so she asked her manager and the lady told me that I could have a deal!!! Not a lot of staff around to ask for info, but they are available. I looked at shoes. All very inexpensive, but also cheaply made. I did buy some Converse brand socks that seem well made. Theyre certainly comfortable. There were cheaper ones but they were very thin and had no cotton in them. I think theyve hit their targeted market and price point. Which would be middle to lower middle class families.

I was in Mclearys last week looking for a new mattress, the staff was knowledgeable and helpful, able to explain the differences between each mattress and help me make the best selection for my needs. I liked that everything was locally made as well. I will be recommending Mclearys to my friends.

Bought a hall tree, among other things, from the Langley location, sadly the back to the tree was damaged when I opened the box. Not a big deal it happens. The staff ( I wish I got her name) was excellent in exchanging the damaged part for a new one they had in stock. Great service and a happy repeat customer.
