My wife and I have been shopping at the North Gower Pharmacy for nearly two years, and we are very pleased that they opened in this area. They offer excellent advice, they will stock items that we need which are sometimes only carried by Shoppers HOME Centres, and they know each and every customer by name. Very rare in this day and age. Their prices are often quite a bit better than at Shoppers, and we always get a seniors discount - not just on Tuesday. Great Pharmacy.

The pharmacy went above & beyond for me just recently. There was a mix up for the delivery of my meds and they weren’t delivered. Spoke with the pharmacist as I was concerned as it was two fays going on three I hadn’t taken one prescription. I had no way of getting to the store beyond taking an expensive Uber. I don’t drive and I’m disabled. A very kind employee named Thelma offered her help. The pharmacist called and let me know. I am so very pleased and thankful!

Went by this afternoon to pick up a last minute Xmas gift at the Bank and Laurier location - a hand cream that was apparently sold out. I asked the employee at the Beauty products counter if she could help. She saw that it wasnt on the shelf and then spent the next 15 minutes tracking it down at other locations. This wasnt her store problem, but she delivered with exceptional professionalism.
