I've always used going to this place as an excuse for free parking aha, so we decided to stop by! The food was average because i could make chicken fingers and pasta at home way cheaper and way more flavorful! Its just an average place with normal average food for a decently high price. I knew that its just a tourist restaurant so it didnt really bother me. the dessert was good but still pretty average. The best part is the seating and the view you get. I enjoy people watching. also the server was nice and very friendly! its not gourmet but if you want average food before going out on the town, i'd say its not too bad!

Im not a fan at all of boston pizza's food because its average and I can cook way better aha BUT the bar here and the whole atmosphere and arcade is FANTASTIC! its a great place for parties! I'd say eat at home and come here and have a great time! the bartenders are always friendly! the appetizers are okay tho! also I have come to boston pizza for the last two new years! its a great place to party with lots of fun! there is also bowling! i'm most likely attending for my birthday and will be eating there and playing at the bar/arcade!

Clean, clean, clean. Finally a Chinese restaurant that gets it when it comes to cleanliness. Nice place to take your family and kids. Offers Great dishes and the portions are not bad. They also have a spacious parking area that is free to guests. (Trust me, that's rare in Niagara Falls). I invited friends and family from Toronto over lunch and everyone loved what I've ordered. Some of them even took home food for their dinner. I love recommending good place to everyone. Must try.

I took a date there for date night. A nice, large booth was offered to us, very romantic and appealing.
The food was great in my opinion. Portions were very generous, and the flavour was more of a Canadianized Italian than authentic style. We both enjoyed or meal and the real treat came at dessert with the Chocolate Pizza - amazing and worth going again so I can introduce another to this delicacy.
The wine list was surprisingly diverse, a welcome treat. Our server treated us well. Based on my experience I would return to try it out again.

This is a lovely place to relax and have lunch. A friend's recommendation encouraged my husband and I to come in. We had a nice lunch, the service was great, and the atmosphere was warming. They have reasonable prices for lunch, and a good selection.

Breakfast was very good. Plentiful and served with pride. Waitress was very very good and attentive ... even hooked us up with a full chocolate milk to go when we accepted the offer for a top-up to go. Good variety. Was so good .. we came back for dinner ! Priced right. Will certainly return in any future trip to the Falls.

We LOVE Swiss Chalet! This is easily the most dependable place in town to eat. The food is always good, hot, delicious, and quickly delivered. I take quickly delivered to mean that I don't have to wait! Our servers have always been friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. The manager seems to be a little unpredictable at times, otherwise, it's a great, simple place to go with friends or family and we always go back!
