In the summer months, City Wide Property Services manages all types of landscape maintenance; including fertilization and weed control. As well, we are experienced in landscape construction; including planting flowers, trees, shrubs, re-sodding or seeding of large areas, just to name a few. If required we can also maintain your irrigation system.

In the early 1950s, Greenwin began residential development in Don Mills - one of Toronto's first suburban satellite communities. From there, we began developing multi-family properties. In the 60s and 70s, we built more than 10,000 residential units, including single-family homes, condominiums, rental apartment buildings and community housing.
