He has great knowledge of real estate. He has his interprovincial plumbing license for 37 years, and has taught the plumbing trade at Holland College for a number of years. He has built four new houses, a motel and done major renovations on houses. He also has great knowledge of farming and tourism industry as he has had an active role in it from being a business man and owner.
