Some of the best work that I have seen in all my years of being an owner in my building. Comes to every board meeting, takes notes from every owner, provides accurate financial statements, fixes any problem with absolute urgency, and so much more. When there was a leak in our unit at the building he had the plumber there in 20 minutes, and the problem was fixed within the hour. This is the quality of work you only get with the very best.
