Grant Management was incorporated in 1962 to offer the property management experience built up over forty years by its sister companies, Crestview Investment Corporation and Lawrence Construction Co. We are members of many industry organizations including Fair Rental Policy Organization, Building Owners' and Managers' Association, Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario, Real Estate Institute of Canada, Building Industry and Land Development Association and the Greater Toronto Apartment Association. Our current portfolio includes over twenty high-rise and low-rise apartment complexes, as well as over a million square feet of industrial, office, retail, a hotel, and condominiums.
