In short, I help both you the person, as well as you, the executive or manager to develop the necessary skills and confidence to survive, and even thrive, in the workplace.

In university, I was fortunate to study with some great mentors and havea very solid scientific background. Although science has its place,psychology is also an art. An art that requires a very strong link to one's own intuition.
