Dr. Ryan Kneer is an Educational Psychologist, registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. He has over 15 years of experience and has assessed more than 1400 children and adolescents for Learning Disabilities, Giftedness, and Behavioural Issues. Dr. Kneer serves all of Northern Ontario with appointments to fit your schedule.Dr. Kneer grew up in Lively, Ontario and earned his B.A. at Laurentian University. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Arizona, an Apa-accredited university highly cited in research. He has been employed in and has contracted for many school districts in Canada and the U.S. for the assessment and diagnosis of students with learning disabilities, giftedness, or behavioural issues.He currently serves the Northern Ontario Assessment and Research Centre (Noarc) at Cambrian College on a contractual basis.Dr. Kneer has worked with clients from differing socio-economic and cultural backgrounds, including native students.Dr. Kneer serves all of Northern Ontario including Sudbury, Espanola, Sault Ste.
