Chelsea Phillips runs her holistic counselling private practice on the beautiful island of Salt Spring Island in the Gulf Islands of British Columbia.
I believe change is possible, and I witness changes and an increase in clarity with my clients on a daily basis. Heart Path Psychotherapy encompasses a depth focus of deep listening and I utilize a synthesis of modalities that tap into the innate wholeness and remembering of each client. My approach is relational and attachment-focused, somatically-oriented, mindfulness-based, trauma-informed, and inclusive of the natural world and its ability to keep us grounded and connected.
I utilize strategies from many modalities I have training or certifications in,
• Soma Neuromuscular Integration® Bodywork
• Internal Family Systems (IFS)
• Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC)
• Emotionally-Focused Couples & Family Therapy (EFCT)
• Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
