Mrs. Charette is a member of the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO) and a faculty member at the Northern Ontario School of Medecine. She provides supervision and consultation services to various professionals. She provides psychological assessments and evidence-based treatments in both French and English, to adults suffering from symptoms of mental illness. Her research has focused on understanding work family balance and life satisfaction. With over 10 years' experience in mental health, she has extensive experience in Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder; Anxiety Disorders and Mood Disorders. Her experience in hospital psychiatry and private practice, has led her to recognize that some key factors are critical when managing mental illness and achieving mental wellness.
