We hired Lloyd to build a sun room on the back of the house. Lloyd gave us various proposals to review. Even after finding the old roof need replacement, Lloyd adjusted the scope of work to stay within our budget. The crew work quickly and were respectful of our home. I have known Lloyd from his days in the commercial construction. His honesty, straight approach and building knowledge is why I hired his company. We bought a older house in the Oromocto area and needed some asbestos floor tile removed. They came in took it out and laid a new floor no time at all, The clean-up was amazing did not leave even dust. Then came back the next day to blow insulation in the attic.
