Workouts are for the entire body and incorporate weighted and body weight exercises to increase strength and improve your definition while working muscular endurance. There are many different class times available each week, register for the class times that suit you best. We also offer Yoga, our YogaFit (R) is a vinyasa style of yoga that links body movement and poses together with breath by flowing from one pose to the next. It is based both on tradition and exercise science creating a yoga practice that is for everybody. Classes are approx. 1 hour in length. Come and give a FitSTA Fitness class a try!
