The Home of Ontario's largest Drag Race Events, as well as several popular race series. Grand Bend Dragway is conveniently located on 407 acres in Huron County Ontario. Just a 1 to 2 hour drive from several Canadian and US major markets, and just minutes from the Beaches of Grand Bend. A trip to GBM is an outstanding day trip or weekend adventure. The Grand Bend Motorplex is a multi purpose motorsport facility consisting of a 1/4 mile dragstrip, a 1/4 mile high banked paved oval ,a multi circuit road course for cars, bikes, and go-karts and a motocross facility with senior & junior layouts. The facility includes ample parking, unobstructed seating, a rough camping area, paved roads throughout the pit area, washrooms with showers ,and a licensed track side food and beverage court. Extended meet started by the Clinton Kinsmen in 1970 with the introduction of Pari-Mutuel Wagering. In 1983, after much dedication, and hard work the Clinton Kinsmen the decision was made to turn the reins over to a board of directors, and in March of 1983 Clinton Raceway Inc was formed, a non profit organization. Since then, live racing has continued to thrive in the small community, with an average of 20 live dates a year, Clinton is the heart of harness racing from May - September with a live race post time of 1:30pmClinton Raceway is committed to helping local group, clubs and associations by holding fundraising events at the track.
