Keystone Counselling Services is led by Debbie, a compassionate and experienced Registered Social Worker (RSW) with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. With a warm, collaborative, and person-centered approach, Debbie offers a safe, non-judgmental space for self-exploration and empowerment. She specializes in helping individuals dealing with anxiety, low self-esteem, emotional regulation, anger management, and those who have experienced intimate partner violence (IPV). Keystone Counselling also provides online group workshops to foster connection, learning, and growth in a supportive community setting. Through in-person, virtual, or phone sessions, Keystone Counselling focuses on building strengths, developing new coping strategies, and supporting personal growth—so you can create the life you deserve.
