Downtown Computer was such a great help in fixing my old computer and gathering my information into a memory drive. They were thoughtful and willing to help in anyway they could. The owner was so generous in providing me with a charger after finding out my old one was broken. I defiantly recommend his business and service! My experience with Kerrisdale Cameras has been great. We had Richard at the Coquitlam branch and he spent about an hour with us explaining what the Nikon D3500 did. A few weeks later we went back and bought the Nikon. They have a reputation of helping you after you have bought. Plus, they have used equipment at a reasonable price with a 60 day warranty.
