Had an emergency I thought, left a message at 4.30pm, he called back at 5.30, solved the “emergency” in 5 mins by his guidance and knowledge. I’m flabbergasted at this time of year, and to have such a personal approach with patience, myself trying his suggestions while on the phone, blown away. Friendly, punctual and professional.Reasonable hourly rate. We had a leaking sink and very slow moving drain. Aaron went down to the basement first to have a look at the plumbing. He immediately saw the problem that was causing the slow drainage. The plumbing was not done correctly for the first owners. He fixed the leaking sink that day and scheduled the replacement plumbing in the basement a couple of days later when he was free. The bill for that was a couple of hundred less than his estimate
