Originally had a company (I will not mention the name here) booked to come and look at our well but they never showed up and told us they were too busy. We called almost everyone in our area and surrounding areas. It was either they were too busy (Water Well business must be very lucrative), they wouldn’t come to our area, no one returned my calls, or there was no answer. We were about to give up when I called The Plumbing Pros in Barrie and even though he couldn’t help us with our particular water problem, he took the time out of his busy schedule to call his suppliers to see if he can find someone for me. He called me back within 10 minutes with some recommendations. Because of this small act of kindness, we were able to get our water fixed! Price was average. I could have gone with a quote 200 dollars less than what I paid but the positive friendly conversation when I first spoke to the owner, and the overall positive experience was what sold me. Just finished renovation of my entire house… Guys from Accord Pipe Lining were doing a reno of the kitchen – including all appliances, faucets, drains etc. as well as 3 washrooms, where they reconstructed all rough-ins and relocated the laundry.
Staff was excellent. I think the price was fair and the inspector was on sight after they finished. GREAT JOB GUYS!

My shower was clogged and kept getting worse until I was eventually up to my ankles in water. I called Wrights Plumbing and he was there the next day. It only took him 30 minutes to fix my problem but was well worth a few hundred dollars vs all of the damage that could have happened in my house from a water leak. Thanks again!
