Kevin made me a custom water catchment tray for under my new large hot water tank that he brought with him which was very much appreciated. Last night our hot water tank went out! Fan in outside AC unit was not running - I thought the motor was dead. Hamid came, diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, just needed a new capacitor. Also tested the refrigerant level, was down and needed topping up. All was done in a timely, professional matter and fully explained. Received a telemarketing call and decided to try their service as I had been disappointed with previous companies I had used. The technician was 30 minutes late but I soon forgot about that as I was so happy with how informative and hard working he proved to be. Perfect service during which he even fixed a pilot problem at no extra charge and replaced my filter also. A few weeks later I hired another technician from Best to do my vent cleaning and I think this photo speaks for itself! Would definitely recommend these guys!
