This company demonstrates the true meaning of “customer service “. I recently had my hot water tank replaced. Their price was $300. less than their competition. They wore booties and put down a large drop sheet that covered my carpet. I’m on my own so it’s important that I feel comfortable with any trades coming into my home. Last night our hot water tank went out! Kevin made me a custom water catchment tray for under my new large hot water tank that he brought with him which was very much appreciated. Fan in outside AC unit was not running - I thought the motor was dead. Hamid came, diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, just needed a new capacitor. Also tested the refrigerant level, was down and needed topping up. All was done in a timely, professional matter and fully explained. He is a true technician, able to diagnose and repair and was able to do what another group failed to do.
